Vehicle Preparation

All the best Approved programmes come with extensive pre-delivery inspection regimes. However, your Citroën Approved Used vehicle will come with a ‘top of class’, pre-delivery inspection and preparation completed by Citroën trained technicians. Internal and external checks are carried out with any defects being recorded, rectified and only after a thorough road test is the vehicle passed as a Citroën Approved Used Car. The preparation standards are regulated by Citroën UK and only vehicles that have been through this strict process can be registered for the Citroën Approved Used Car Warranty. Documentation

Service booklets, owner hand books any outstanding safety operations, MOT where applicable.

Interior (condition and operation)

Seats, Trims, Windows and sunroof, Door locks and handles, Pedal gear, Ignition / steering lock, lights and all switches, Audio equipment, Heating and air conditioning.

Exterior (condition and operation)

Body check, Lights condition, Headlamp aim & condition, Washers & wipers, Glasswork, Door locks, Bonnet operation, Number plate and Security system.

Boot and Loading Area (condition and operation)

Spare wheel & tyre condition, Tool kits, Aperture seals, Tailgate.

Engine Bay (condition and operation)

Oils & Filters, Sparking plugs, Engine / gearbox / clutch / drive shafts & mountings, Cooling system, Exhaust system, Battery, Wiring.

Braking System (condition and operation)

Front brake discs, Rear brake discs or drums, Brake pads & shoes, Wheel cylinders, Brake pipes & seals, Handbrake condition, operation & adjustment.
